Problems with Cascading Select Questions

I am trying to do a Cascading Select Questions, selecting the location of the person filling the form using departments and municipalities of my country, I have followed all the instructions creating the list in excel and then pasting it in the box that appears but I have a problem that I can’t solve. The first time I made the list I missed a department, so I made it again but when I paste the information again the platform does not recognise it and keeps creating a Cascading Select Question with the information of the first list.

I decided to create another form to make only this Cascading Select Question there and save it in the library, with the complete options, then I returned to the first form and include the question from the library but the question appeared with all the options blank, so the Cascading Select does not work, I have more than 1000 options so it is not viable to write them one by one.

Welcome to the community, @lina_AD! My advice for you would be that you create a simple cascading select question with say two to three options and upload them to the server. Then download your form as XLSForm and try to understand how the questions and choices are structured. In this way, you could add questions and choices to your cascading select questions freely after that.
