I am having no success to uploading an xlsform with a csv choice sheet. in the form preview the choices are displayed from the choice csv file. however, when the edit tab is clicked it displays a loading error: csv file cannot be found. How do I resolve this issue?

Yes, I did. It received the form without issues. The problem is the connection between the CSV form.
