Processing in export - unable to download data

I am trying to download the database in XLS but it does not allow it, it stays in processing all the time.

I have tried it on other devices and with other project users but the problem is the same.

I have other projects where it is possible to export the data without any problem at the moment

Welcome to the community, @eduardo_ramos1! Is this an issue with only all your projects, or is it with only that particular project? Could you kindly please update and let us know?
