Pull data() function not working in Enketo

Hi Kal,

I just notice that the preloading data using the Pull data() function is not functioning in Enketo, I tried last week and it worked. The enumerators came back to me and also having the same issues. May I know what could be the problem?

I just checked a sample of pulldata at my end and it seems to be working smoothly. FYI,

I’m facing the same problem, it doesn’t work on Enketo.

However it works perfectly on ODK Collect on the same form.

Your screenshot might show a typing error of Respondent ID entered: o0… instead of 00…?

Thank you for the observation. It was indeed o022. I coded the ID like that.
The problem is solved now. I notice that. there were some scribbles in the external file. When I remove it, the pulldata function was working well.

Please check your external file and check that no scribble or note aside from the information you want to display in the form. In my case, I notice that. there were some scribbles in the external file. When I remove it, the pulldata function worked well.
