Pulldata error when i open form

good morning, I have a form configured pulldata massenpre that I try to open, it gives me this error “Can’t find beneficiarios_kobo.csv.” Can someone help me solve?

Did you upload your csv file to the form?

i try but i receive this message “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”

Hi @costadejesus, I meant not to the forum, but to the form itself. You need to upload your csv file to the form, you can see the step 4 in the link below:

@costadejesus, if you are using the pull data function feel free to go through this support article Pull Data Functionality in KoboToolbox. Maybe it should help you identify issues if you have any.
