Pull data not working in kobo server and kobocollect

I am having problem getting the form on kobocollect. The form is working perfectly on web, but I can get the form on mobile.
Weh nI diagnosed with xlsx form online I got this error

@oluwaseun_ogunmolu, have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any, present within your XLSForm.
