1. Is it possible to modify the application’s name and icon by altering the source code?

2. Could you please direct me to the official repository for the KoboCollect application source code?

I attempted to integrate a KoboToolbox-developed survey into a custom build of ODK Collect, but encountered incompatibility issues. Understanding the KoboCollect codebase is necessary to explore the specific technical differences and potential solutions for cross-platform survey compatibility.

KoboCollect is ostensibly a rebranded version of ODK Collect; the functional differences between them - in terms of filling in and submitting XLSForms forms & surveys - is virtually zero.

What specific changes did you make to your own ‘custom build of ODK Collect’, and what were the incompatibilities you identified with your specific Kobo form?

Also, can you share your form here - I’d be curious to understand what it has in it that might be causing problems. BTW, did you also try running your survey against just the base ODK Collect app (that is, before your customizations)? Do you find the same incompatibilities?
