Questions lost after building and saving form

Good Day

I built my form in form builder, spent 3 hours working on it, but when i opened the form 5 hours later to deploy and download an xls form i was left with 29 questions only yet there were over 60 questions. KIndly assist

All the questions were saved periodically and i previewed the form several times.

@Rungano, so how many questions do you see when you download them as xlsform? Have you tried downloading them as xlsform?

I downloaded the xls form and there are 29 questions on the xls form instead of the 60 or more which i had done

  • Project name
