Randomize answer in a question

Is it possible in a question if I put randomize, Don’t know label is still at the end of question

Hi @mosharaf, Welcome back to the community! Randomizing choice order is a feature available within KoBoToolbox to reduce enumerators bias on selecting a response for a question. Choice order can be randomized for any of the select question types. @Radik, yes, everything is going to be random, and even your last choice which is don't know.
