Ranking question - elimination of other options

Hello! I am having trouble eliminating options from rank questions (rows 81-86, 94-99, 322-330)

It seems to work for 2b (rows 52-55) but not 3b or 3d (rows 81-86, 94-99) or 12d (322-330). For now, I have removed the conditions as they were causing issues but would like for the ranking to not allow the user to choose the same answer twice.

Any help appreciated
