Can i recover my data that was deleted by a staff maliciously? how can i do that coz i have many forms missing?

I think kobo server have scheduled daily backup. Lets wait for them; I remember there was a guy with the same case. they helped him recover the deleted items. Lets be patient

Or you can just share with them the information through private message

@institute, could you kindly reach out to us at support@kobotoolbox.org with the following details, please?

  • Username
  • Email ID registered to the account
  • Server

We could check it out in our system’s trash to see if we can recover it from there (if it’s still there).

Please check for me, the staff has done this to data of 2022, 2023, 2024 and now 2025. The data is for a five years engagement. i would appreciate it if the trash can recover our data.

I have already sent all that detail two days back and no reply yet. am still waiting

@institute, if you have already contacted support@kobotoolbox.org, you should have received assistance from there (provided your deleted projects were still in the system’s trash).
