I was hoping you could help me with a question I had about using the Kobo collection platform. My team uses Kobo collect to log survey data and we wanted to know what the data recovery situation was for Kobo. If a staff member accidentally deletes data in the online platform, is there any way to recover this data? And if so, what is the recovery process?

Unfortunately we do not have a way of recovering data that has been deleted from the server. As you may experience, we provide multiple prompts that indicate that this is an irreversible process and as such when users delete data, they know that the process is irreversible
