Recurring questions on reports

Hi support team, I have several problems regarding the excel form report (file attached):

for example, in column V, I have answered one of the answer choices, but why is it that in the next column, namely column W, the AC column, is always followed by the same question, and how do I eliminate it?
Meanwhile in the DT column - EA column there are no repeating questions.

Oh, I’m sorry, here’s the screenshot I took, why is the question about the condition of the frying pan (I marked it with a blue circle) repeated in the next column for details, there is an excel file that I attached to the previous question. Thank You

@fahmi_admin, it’s a select_multiple question type, and a select_multiple question type is handled in a multiple dichotomy approach in KoboToolbox instead of a multiple-category approach.
