Redeploy is not working

I have made some changes in validation and tried to redeploy. But it is not working. It shows the previous deployment.

Did you check your form version with the online validator, please?

Yes. I have checked with online validator. Later on I remove the validation and try to redeploy it and it worked.

Same issue facing again. When I click on Redeploy button, it just updated the time but not deploying as a new version. I need your help.

@wvimealbrcr, the deployed version will only increase if you change the question/form.
