Reduction of dynamic repeat_count creates crash in Enketo/Preview (pages style)

Description

If you reduce a dynamic repeat_count in Enketo pages style the following flow crahes. For example a following 2nd repeat group will no more appear.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Import example and Preview
  2. Fill answers for 2 repeats and look at 2nd repeat
  3. Go back and reduce the repeat_count to 1 and go through
  4. .flow is blocked directly after first repeat
  5. Second repeat disappeared,
  6. Try the same without pages style

Expected behavior

Behavior should be as without pages style. No blocking.

Actual behavior

After reducing, system blocks flow after the first repeat.

We reported these months several essential problems/bugs with dynamic repeats (incl. KoBoCollect). Without support so far.
This one seems similar to Form flow blocked after repeat_count was reduced (Preview/Enketo, style = pages)
