Hi there, I’ve made a dashboard based on a synchronous export link from Kobo. I can refresh the data in Excel from my Office account, but others in my organisation can’t (if they right-click the dataset, the ‘refresh’ option is greyed out, or they can click it, but no update happens).
Please could anyone support with how to give permissions to others to refresh the data too?
