I have a version of kobotoolbox running on my server with some already collected data. However, due to issues in accessing the forms on my browser, I’m considering rerunning “python run.py --setup” in the kobo-install folder and would like to know if this would overwrite the data I have.

The data is not overwritten. Only if the user is the database folder located in kobo-docker/.vols/db then there is a chance of being overwritten
