Dear Colleagues!
Please i would like to request your assisatnce to resolve this issue:
As per tha xlss form attached i would like to show relative questionnaire when i’ll select TWO itimes (Relevant for selecl multiple it means i would like to show the questionnaires relative to (Ceinture vaccinale and Campagne Vaccinale) in de some time.
