It seems that you are talking to refer to the following when trying to enter the data through Enketo aka web-forms.
You generally get this setting on every question if you have configured your form settings as follows:
In the xlsform (settings tab):
Formbuilder UI:
Configure your survey project as shown in the image below and you should not see this on every questions:
Or, simply remove the pages from the style column under the settings tab.
