I recently discovered my repeat grouped data does not appear on the spread sheet, what can I do to fix it?

Welcome to the community, @nw_rdphcovid19! Would you mind downloading your data in XLS format instead of the CSV format? You should then see multiple sheets which should hold your repeat group data in it.
