Repeat of the last 5 for each packaging format

j’ai besoin de votre aide
Sur l’image en annexe, je veux que la question N°1 à choix unique(format d’emballage) revienne autant de fois après qu’il y a de formats d’emballage après avoir repondu à la question N°6(combien de paquet vendez-vous par mois?). Possible de m’aider?
