I need to replace a form, done the same procedure in the same project biweekly for over a year now, and for the last 3 days I cannot, and neither does my colleague, so it’s not a user or form issue (tried replacing with an older form already used, still no success).
I am trying to replace a form through: Form > Replace form > Upload an XLS form.
Please advise, this is urgent as data collection is next Monday. Thank you!

Hi! Yes, always do and again, I’m trying to upload a previously used form too and it still doesn’t work, so it’s not a user or a form issue.
Were there any changes in functionality within the last 2 weeks? Old forms are working, but newer ones that include some changes (but have been previously deployed successfully) don’t work anymore.
