Rescheduling Visits

Hello everyone,

I hope you are well. I am reaching out with questions about my first Kobo Toolbox project. We are running an online case discussion between Germany and Tanzania. The cases discussed are entered into a form that we have prepared with Kobo. I am curious to learn (and haven´t found this in the FAQ) whether forms can be stored within a calender structure (e.g. under certain dates) and made to reappear at scheduled points in time. For example: if our case discussion takes place on wednesday, I would like to have a list of dates on my dashboard under which I find the forms of the cases discussed. And, more importantly, I wonder if I could schedule a follow-up discussion (e.g. a copy of the case copied to a future date on which to discuss progress/changes in any given case. Are these features that can be implemented into Kobo Toolbox? I am a simple clinician, so I ask for a reply in simpler terms
Best regards from Germany,
Jakob

Hi @jvherder Welcome to community!

I read your question but i didn’t fully understand it to be honest thus i believe your request is not possible directly, If you elaborate more, we may find a work around maybe

Dear Osman,
thank you for getting in touch! Let me try to elaborate: basically, with every form that is generated within Kobo toolbox, under “data” I see a growing list of forms/data sheets. There are colums representing the items on the form and I can sort the list according to these items, i.e. alphabetically. My question is, whether it is possible to have a sort of folder structure according to a category of choice (in this case: date) and if there is any plug-in or way of externally synchronizing with a schedule system. I was looking into the Monday.com integration but honestly, I struggle with understanding how that would work. Thanks a lot for your time!
Best, Jakob

@jvherder, you should be able to integrate your KoboToolbox project to monday.com by following this support article KoboToolbox Integration on monday.com.

Thank you, Kal_Lam, I will look through monday.com if there is any interface suitable for the application that I have in mind.
Best regards, Jakob
