My form has an error where, the response options from a choice filter do not show for a select_one question in a repeat nested group. The response options show only sometimes and this causes all sorts of problem for the data collection team… Please, can you help fix this?
To add more context, I collect information for items under product categories from different suppliers. The items are nested as a repeat group under categories which is nested as a repeat group under suppliers.
