Retrieving data from a non existing project

Hello All,

Our team is using KoBoCollect for a research project in El Salvador.

The data collectors collected data for 12 participants under a previously downloaded form that is no longer deployed. We are unable to send/upload forms to the server because the original form no longer exists. Is there a way to access to the data collected if the collection form is not available anymore? If not, can I just transfer the data from the tablet to a computer an use for data analysis?

Any help would be much appreciated!

If the project has been deleted it is not possible to retrieve the data. However, if you somehow still have the submitted entries on your tablet you may be able to retrieve the data by following the steps in this article - http://support.kobotoolbox.org/collecting-data/advanced/manually-uploading-submissions
