Retrive labels instead of XML values in rest service

Dear community.

I’ve been exploring the way to automate a workflow connecting Kobotoolbox with AirTable using Make.com. I’ve managed to do this, so every submission creates a new entry on my database. However, the data I’m getting is the XLM value. Is there a way to retrieve just the label?
