Review and edit offline collected data

Hi, I need to review and/or edit my offline collected data, is this possible?

Welcome to the community! Where would you wish to edit/review your collected data (KoBoCollect Android App, Enketo Web Form or in the KoBoToolbox Server)? Please let us know!

Hi @ivoconservacion,

KoBoCollect: You are permitted to edit/review your collected data before submitting to the KoBoToolbox server.

Enketo (Web Form): In Enketo, you are only permitted to edit/review your collected data before submitting to the KoBoToolbox server if you press the Save as Draft as shown in the image below. However if you press the Submit button you are not allowed to edit/review.

KoBoToolbox Server: You will be able to see the data in the KoBoToolbox server once your device (that you are collecting data either through KoBoCollect or through Enketo) is connected to the internet. You are able to edit/review your in the KoBoToolbox server in the following criteria:

  • If you are the admin of the account/survey project.
  • If you are not the admin of the account/survey project but the admin has provided you access to edit submissions.
