Revisions team of my project cannot edit sent entries

HI!
My team is trying to correct minor mistakes that occur in some entries after being sent but none of the people who have editing users can get past this error message:

It says that they have to introduce their credentials on a separate tab but they do it and it still does not work. Any ideas of what is going on?

Would you mind checking your ACCOUNT SETTINGS to see if you have checked the Require authentication to see forms and submit data as outlined in the post here:

Hi @Silvana You could do this by configuring your KoBoTooolbox account settings by checking the Require authentication to see forms and submit data which is present under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS (as shown in the image below). If yes, try un-checking Require authentication to see forms and submit data and see if it works for you.
