Hi colleagues,
I am having problem in sharing a project with specific users where they should be able to view, edit, delete the submissions provided by their enumerators. Although the platform should provide the view access by default when a user is granted edit submissions, this is not the case for the project we are running now. Users able to add submissions but they cannot see. I update the settings, but it is somehow not affecting. I appreciate your prompt guidance on that.

What i see from the image, you didn’t provide the view submissions permissions, It is not provided automatically, if you prefer to choose only from specific users in any other permission. You can reach me whenever needed. Me and @hakan_cetinkaya are the Ambassadors for Türkiye
Hi @osmanburcu , thanks a lot for your reply. This is the issue. I actually provide permissions for View as well, as done for edit, validate and delete and then I click on “Update permissions”. However when I re-open the permission setting, I see that my updates are not reflected, and View permission is un-checked.
@fduygu, if it’s now working would you mind removing the permissions and then try making the required permissions again?
Hi @Kal_Lam , thanks for the advice. I removed the user permissions and granted all the access again. Still not working.
Dear @Kal_Lam, i tested same thing, i believe there is a visual bug or intentional change in the Eu server. I provided the view permission to one account and after click update view permission disappears. You can provide the view permission alone, but as soon as you try to provide other permissions, view permission disappears, but when i check with the other account. Submissions were done by the account were visible as expected.
@fduygu, I tested the problem, but it looks like a visual bug, After you click the update permissions button, it disappears but user able to see his/her own submission without any problem.
Dear @osmanburcu , I truly appreciate your follow up and support. This time i tried to give only view permission to one account to test, however it still doesn’t show the results and i receive a server error message. Please see below the screenshots. I am very new to this platform and not sure if it feasible, is it possible to have a call on that and I can explain better. Since we are now collecting the data in the field, partners need to view their submissions as early as possible and do the changes accordingly
