Rule for form submission

How can i make mandatory that the form cannot be submitted in the following scenario? when a respondent answer that there are 10 staffs in their organization, the respondent cannot submit form until the respondent fill detail information of all 10 staffs

Welcome to the community, @jhuccp_22! You could always do this by checking the Mandatory Response to Yes under the question options as outlined in the support article Using the Question Options.
