@higenyi, have they tried signing in with a different browser? Signing out and clearing the cache should also work. The issue seems to be an old cookie that wasn’t cleared by the browser.
I only use one browser. But have gotten around it by cloning the tool and saving it again.

Firefox, etc., for better performance.
