Saving the draft questionniare with respondent name in kobo

collegues help me, I want to have my form to have a name displayed at the end of the questionnaire so that i later refer to the similar names after i have sent to the server. Please help on how i can save with a name in kobo draft questionnaire 2024.

In the former kobo it was easy to save at the end with the name. but the updated version is denying access please help
