Scale type question in KoBoToolbox

Hi everyone,
I would like to code a scale type question, i.e. a question that measures the level of agreement of the respondent. for example: Strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree. this wants these options options to be represented by Balls.
help me, I don’t know how to do it
