Could you explain your issue a bit? Did you mean you could not get the blank forms to your app? Correct me if I understood you incorrectly.
basically, when I generate a QR code with all the project details and setting, i am able to scan the QR code and it works very well. so no issue with scanning.
BUT
when I get that very QR image and copy it into an phone android phone and use the Import QR it fails
Why do you want to use import, please - esp. as scan works fine. See documentation Data Collection on KoboCollect App (Latest Version) — KoboToolbox documentation
