OK, if this is the case, you could do it as outlined in the image shared below: In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] In the choices tab of your xlsform: [Image 2] In the settings tab of your xlsform: [Image 3] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: [Image 4] Reference xlsform: Cascading Select.xlsx (15.1 KB) Note: You will have to be extra cautious while analyzing your data as this approach uses the allow_choice_duplicates.
