I am facing a similar challenge with the loading error below. It occurs mostly in the browser and when you fill and submit a form it comes out empty in the dashboard. People are using the App (Kobo Collect) do not see the error but their forms do not come to the dashboard either

Thanks @Kal_Lam. I uploaded the XLS form onto the validator and shows no syntax errors, It works fine. I downloaded the XLS form and reuploaded it into the project and it loads well, however still have the same issue in the browser. We have agents in the community using different phones, but the errors show up on some phone browsers and the others work fine. When some uploads a file, the data does not come to the database.
