Hello comrades.

Matrix question would be the best option via Enketo, Unfortunately i intend to use mobile devices to collect my data. I am reliably informed that Matrix questions don’t work if you intend to use Mobile devices

You could collect data for matrix question type using your mobile device through the browser as outlined in our support article Collecting Data through Web Forms. Would you mind having a look at it.
