Select one from file

I am trying to develop a form with a select one from file type of question. This works fine in Enketo but throws an error in Kobo Collect. I can’t understand what I am doing incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated

While it should have 3 as outlined in this support article Select One or Many From External File Question Type.
