Dear all. I need your help to build a form.

I have Three activities (Activity 1, Activity 2, Activity 3) and Four Sub-activities (Nutrition, General distribution, Active Creation, School Feeding)

can you help me to configure the xls odk form so that the form:

  • If Activity 1 or Activity 2 is selected the form displays Nutrition, General distribution, and School Feeding as “select one”
  • If Activity 3 only the form only displays Active Creation “select one”
    I really need your help.
