Server 500 Error

Hi,

I’m trying to deploy a survey with media file attachment through KoboToolbox, but I keep getting a Server error (500) unable to deploy message.

I do not get any errors when I try the form validator so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve even tried simplifying the form as much as possible, removing the reference sheet and associated calculation in the survey, but I still get the same error message.

I’ve never come across this issue before, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@cmt90, I checked your XLSForm as well as the CSV file and then had no issues at my end. FYR…

All I did was:

  • Deleted the settings tab as your form did not have multiple languages but the settings tab had defined the default language to English. If you have multiple languages and still wish to have the default language to English, that still would not be an issue though.
  • I removed the spaces from your pull data function.
