Server error 500 downloading data

Hi all,

I am having problems downloading data. Its giving me the 500 responce. I have tried using the API but I couldn’t. I tried again on the portal but it failed. I deleted the media, reuploaded it and redeployed then tried again and it worked both on the portal and using the API. I tried a second time immediately and it failed again despite not changing anything. Anyone with ideas on what I could do?

Hi @Kal_Lam I am not sure exactly what you mean but I am using https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ which I believe is the kobo toolbox humaniterian server. For download using API, I use https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/. Did I answer your question?
