Server error (500) on Deployment of survey

Hi,
I have done a survey on Kobo and runs well but when I try deploying it,I get the below attached error. What could be the issue? Server error (500)

@mnelson, have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any that are affecting the form deployment.

@okware_256, all you need to do is follow the steps outlined below: Open online validator. This screen appears as shared below: [Image 1] There press Choose File and upload your XLSForm. Once the XLSForm is uploaded there, press Submit. As soon as you press Submit, you will see something as shown below: [Image 2] Now press Preview in browser.
