Server error 500 while trying to fetch blank form from kobo collect

I am currently using the https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info server but am getting a server error 500 while fetching the form from kobo collect

Thanks for the quick response. But, I found the solution. One of my undeployed forms had an error in it which was causing the problem.
