Hi, I am facing problems to upload questionnaires. Some rare times is quick but most of times it takes too long! Like more than 6hs and doesn’t finish…
My instrument has 464 items. And I am using https://kf.kobotoolbox.org server. No errors appears. The other funcionalities seems ok.

Welcome back to the community, @andresimi! Could you let the community know the total number of questions and choices your XLSForm has? If they are really long, the system could slow.
Hi, thank you. But I don’t think the size of the questionnaires matters. Some have 90 items other 140 and I need to refresh a lot of times before it can be uploaded. Sometimes only on the other day it is possible. Am I the only one facing this? I tried in different browsers, different computers and it is the same.
@andresimi, kindly please be informed that if you have a lot of questions or even a lot of choices and equally complex expressions then the system times out your request.
What do you consider a lot of questions? Sometimes it is really quick. But most of them are time demanding. No erros appears, only stays forever uploading.
