Set up multiple-choice question

Hello,
I have a multiple-choice question, but with a specificity. Let me explain: the participant has the possibility to choose two or more answers, at the same time in case the participant is not able to answer the question by choosing several options, the interviewer must tick only one modality for this participant. This is the modality: “Don’t know”. My concern is how to set up this question in such a way that when the interviewer ticks “don’t know”, he or she is no longer able, even by mistake, to tick any other response modality.
