Trying to assist a new surveyor to set up kobo collect on their phone (android).
Do they need an account set up prior?
EG to have username and email
As the set up is not working automatically?

Hi John,
The surveyor needs a username to fill out the form with Kobo Collect. They can either create a Kobo account and you share your form with that username, or if you already have data entry credentials, share those with the surveyor to set up the app. Alternatively, they can use web forms if they prefer not to use the Collect app.
