Setting an eligibility criteria from a date range

I have built a survey in which the applicant has to indicate the date of hire. I have set it whereby the month and year are what it required using the calendar format. However for I want to set an eligibility criteria where if Applicants indicate their date of hire to be any date between September 1, 2019 through March 11, 2020 they will be eligible. In the survey tab of your xlsform:

Thanks for the suggestion. However, there are 5 other screening criteria to which this is to be added. Given that, that is why I inserted the 1,0). as they have to attain all 6 in order to be eligible and a 0 returning on any of the 6 screening criteria will result in them being ineligible.
