Setting the form variables to appear vertically rather than horizontally in mobile layout

Hello technical team is it possible to set the layout of the variables to appear vertically and adding a scroll functionality instead of clicking next button per question after being filled in android application just as the web forms appears

Thanks so much @wroos that is exactly what I wanted it has changed the layout to what I want in mobile application, this is much appreciated!
