I need to set up new users who are field data collectors and I need to set up around 200 at a time. They have to have individual user IDs so that I can keep each users reports and data separate. Is there a way to do that in bulk without manually setting up each one? Or is there another way to do what I need to be done?

Apologies to inform you that the username should be managed manually one at a time if your are assigning a user with sharing permissions in KoBoToolbox at the moment. However, if you have already assigned them at least once through your user account (to a certain project), you could use the COPY Team feature to assign it with one click.
