Settings for skip logic in Form Builder

Hello,
I find it impossible to set up a skip logic for matrix tables. Once a matrix table has been created, the settings options do not give room to set a skip logic for that particular question. In the picture below, after setting up the matrix table, the settings (gear symbol) did not proceed to give any further options.

Please, can anyone show me how to go around this?
